Sweet & nutty Blueberry Hemp Flaxseed Muffins that are gluten free & 152 calories. Perfect freezer snack to take on the go!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray or liners
  3. In a large, mix bananas, oil, egg whites, maple syrup & almond extract
  4. Add the dry ingredients (except blueberries) one by one to the wet ingredients and mix well
  5. Add blueberries gently to the batter
  6. Add batter to the muffin tin (I got ~15 muffins)
  7. Bake 25 minutes
  8. Allow to cool in muffin tin before removing
  9. Store in a container in the refrigerator or freezer

Makes 15 muffins, 152 calories per muffin
*If not gluten intolerant, can substitute for spelt or whole wheat flour
